1. Introduction

Nojivo is an online marketplace that facilitates the ordering and delivery of food, pharmacy items, groceries, retail products, and parcels. These Terms govern your use of our mobile app, website, and services.

2. User Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Nojivo.
• Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Nojivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through Nojivo are subject to vendor acceptance and availability.
• Prices and delivery charges are displayed before checkout.
• Payments can be made through Nojivo Wallet, debit/credit cards, or other accepted methods.
• Refunds for canceled or unsuccessful orders will be credited to the user’s Nojivo Wallet (see our Refund Policy for details).

4. Delivery & Cancellations

• Estimated delivery times vary based on order type and location.
• Users must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive orders.
• Orders may be canceled due to item unavailability, incorrect addresses, or payment failure.
• Failed deliveries due to user unavailability may result in additional charges. (See Delivery Policy and Cancellation Policy).

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must not misuse Nojivo services, attempt fraudulent transactions, or violate any laws.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Nojivo Support immediately.

6. Vendor & Delivery Partner Responsibilities

• Vendors must ensure the quality and safety of products listed on Nojivo.
• Delivery agents must handle all items carefully and ensure timely deliveries.
• Nojivo is not liable for vendor-related issues such as incorrect items or delayed preparation.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Nojivo acts as an intermediary between customers, vendors, and delivery agents.
• We do not guarantee product quality or availability but strive to partner with trusted vendors.
• Nojivo shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages beyond its control.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Nojivo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of any major changes via the app or email.
